Developing new lupus therapies and treatments.
Our Goals
The primary goals of the Lupus Program at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine are to:
- Conduct clinical research that improves outcomes in patients with lupus.
- Collaborate with basic scientists to uncover the causes of lupus.
- Train the next generation of young investigators to continue the drive for the cure of this disease.
- Provide outstanding, multidisciplinary care for patients with lupus through Northwestern Medicine care sites.
We are working to better understand the disease, diagnose patients earlier, use less toxic therapies to treat patients and ultimately find a cure."
